Sharelink Financial Services Ltd, organized a training weekend titled
Creative Structure and Dynamic of Group for its members of staff, at
Agros, delivered by Dr. Nikos Lygeros. During the two days, Dr. Lygeros
uncovered in his own unconventional and creative way the potential of
the people and the dynamic of the group to bring results to difficult
situations, when that is utilized. The problems given by Dr. Lygeros,
taken from the cognitive structure and his theory of mental schemata,
paralleled with work place scenarios, triggered the interest of the
participants who worked hard to solve them. The teams, at the end of
the seminar, analyzed and interpreted the strategies followed to solve
the problems. By sharing their individual efforts, they approached
through their creative structure the dynamic of the group.
