22079 - The awakening of resistance

Translated from the Greek by Vicky Baklessi

The attacks in Paris are not an end in itself but a beginning, not that of a cowardly terrorism but of the awakening of resistance against barbarism. Because it is no longer possible to remain silent, it is no longer possible to let it go. This barbaric attack against the innocent population, constitutes a means to realize in a concrete manner that terrorism has no frontiers and that the acts of horror are not produced only in Syria, in Iraq, in the Middle East but also in Europe and in France. It is therefore necessary to be equipped with means of defense to fight this blind cruelty which doesn’t seek but the atrocity to achieve its objectives. France is not a weak country, it must regroup against the barbaric attack and it must realize that it has a mission to accomplish for all the free humans and not only for the French, the people from the Île-de-France region and the Parisians. Hence we have victims on French soil and we are responsible of acts with regards to this. We cannot rest idle towards this cowardice but we have to concentrate on the source of the problem and not on its repercussions otherwise we are always delayed against terrorists which represent nothing other than executioners because the assignors are elsewhere, away from shootings and bombs. Also it is our entire approach of the problem which needs to change. We cannot only help the wounded, we have to go further beyond so that we have no more of them. It doesn’t suffice to dismantle a network because another will appear thereafter. We have to consider terrorism as a Lernaean Hydra and we know how to deal with it. It is up to us to do this work.
