26216 - France’s new decision
N. Lygeros
Translated from the Greek by Athena Kehagias
After the recognition of the Genocide of the Armenians and of various other Christian nations by Germany, Turkey with its regime was put in an awkward position.
The new French decision however is criminalizing the mere questioning of the Armenian Genocide and other Crimes against Humanity recognized by France.
A significant and strategic change has occurred in comparison to France’s older decision.
Because we knew that after the decision of the French Parliament and the French Senate, came the Wise Men Committee to overturn the decision as unconstitutional, due to the presence of the criminal court
Whereas now the intervention of this institution is not applicable.
We see therefore that even Justice is learning from its past mistakes
Even the the most incompetent can perceive how important strategy is inregards to these decisions, because diplomacy has no place in matters related to genocide and to crimes against Humanity, since there is no diplomatic manner to address the genocidor, and the same is applicable to the genocidor of memory.
When you are fighting therefore for the recognition of genocides, you shouldn’t rely on diplomacy, but on the history and strategy,in order to observe the past and the future without standing still and enclaved within the present, merely assuming that all data is just granted and that nothing can be changed thereon.
Because when there is a will, there comes a change, and when there is strategy then that is a phase change.
