Because we can see that even at this stage, there are politicians who deal with the issue of the Greek EEZ considering that it has political colour shades, and they only address the matter politicking, we want to clarify a few points.
All those who analyze the issue with a petty politics style, it’s simply that they don’t comprehend it in the first place, and secondly, that they don’t understand its value, not only for Greece, but for Hellenism as a whole.
Consequently, as they are within that context, they can’t realize the perspectives it gives to our homeland.
As a result they argue with one another, in order to come across as the ones who don’t want to engage in this matter, because it merely constitutes a political issue, without analyzing the fact that the issue is regarding both the strategy and the energy, which constitute fundamental elements.
In other words they don’t appreciate the collective situation that now exists in the Eastern Mediterranean due to developments in Egypt, Cyprus, Israel, and Lebanon.
In actual fact, the issue of the Greek EEZ shouldn’t merely be examined in a local manner which is at the verg of a localistic approach, but on the contrary, more broadly so, as a dominant issue which concerns both the Eastern Mediterranean and the European Union.
There is an action field where we could intelligently take part in this game.
First of all it is a good time to establish the Greek EEZ, and to even finally sign up some of its demarcations, now that we consequently see that others don’t bother with this issue due to internal problems.
Additionaly, with regard to intelligence, there are applications re: the field of investment, since we can attract smart capabilities directed at very specific targets which we’ve already identified at certain marine plots, and which in an appropriate fashion could be modulated through denser seismic lines, and economic measures which allow for effective contracts to take place, in order for the practical utilization to get initiated away from petty approaches.
