28179 - The vision of Humanity

N. Lygeros
Translated from the Greek by Athina Kehagias

In the big conference hall, voices were heard from all around the world.
Everyone was talking about their own problems.
And it was difficult for the non connoisseurs to understand the substance.
They had studied many of them and had written articles.
These reports had taken place at a symbolic island of resistance as well.
But now, it was the nations themselves speaking and not merely the texts.
And their voices were the colour of their emotions.
Humanism aside, there were strategic issues as well.
But beyond all that, there was Humanity.
And her rights was the actual substance.
Gradually, mere contacts were becoming relationships
because other nations could see that they helped
and so paid attention to their pain.
The initial skepticism was quickly transformed into a human surprise, which led to a respect towards their altruism.
They listen to their silence as well.
Because it had enclaved more of the pain.
The voices couldn’t cover everything.
And movements of the States had the insidious tendency
to convert humans into persons
in order to easily manipulate them.
But the resistance existed.
And no propaganda was enough
to override it with effectiveness.
It noted a lot of details of their errors
in order to give prominence to the evidence of the hidden strategies.
The battle had just begun
and there were already actions
at an organizational level, so that the necessary interventions would occur in the future.
But they could all see which were the real attitudes
of some barbaric nations.
It’s those which they would battle against, as strong as they might have been.
