If you do not know that NAVTEX
concerns merely
the marine field
then it is logical
to apply it
upon land as well
but then
how do you expect
to be
credible
as a country
as opposed
to others.
It may be
that what’s ridiculous
doesn’t kill
but it
nevertheless remains
