The body is a gift to the soul, not a jail. So if you can use it, do it and this will be a proof that you deserve this gift. When you valorize a gift, it’s in fact the Eucharist. Each part of this gift is important so don’t destroy any of them for any dogmatic reason. And this is the same for your mind. If someone wants to forward a part of it due t0 his ideology, don’t accept it, because it’s a way to stay in the framework of Humanity. Because this kind of resistance is a proof that you are human. You have to realize that when barbarity wants to destroy your mind or your body, it’s because it wants to hurt Mankind.
