When you see the Australians as a Pan- Aboriginal nation all this water belongs to the Aboriginal nation. But nobody said nothing about that. It was just a decision at the national level without any consultation and I can prove it to you that this is much more important than any recognition because if you don’t have this, even with the recognition, you will not have this. But if you have this with the recognition all this water belongs also to the Aboriginal people.
