A way to solve their quest of exceptional minds could be the existence of high IQ societies which by definition use the standard deviation to find someone. But the level needs to be much more bigger than any level of gifted people. And the reason is simple. There is the need of the correlation between the human part and the intelligent part. For that the level has to be greater than the second level of the M-classification. This condition is necessary but of course it’s only potentially sufficient. Its reality has to be proved in practice and this is possible only with the work which creates the being.
