In life, it’s hard to imagine that soul’s exercises exist. But the tradition in Mankind and all the knowledge of Time says that it’s possible and that it’s a reality. After that it looks easy to accept it but faith is necessary even for that. To imagine the existence of souls is rather easy in a natural way but to see an access to the souls via the body and the mind is more complex. The problem is the number of obstructions that you have to overpass to get a result. With all the external conditions it’s difficult for the souls to express themselves. That’s why we need exceptional conditions to have a clue that it’s possible and it’s a reality at least at the transcendental level.
