All people have a brain.

It’s certainly not the same

and not of the same capacity

but the big difference is the willingness.

Very few persons have a real will.

They aren’t necessarily lazy

but they don’t have any specific will

and they avoid to invest time in a task.

In fact they don’t want any task

because they feel under pressure

when they have one.

So in the best case, they prefer to follow.

For them, to take an initiative represents

something which is risky.

They dislike any risk.

They don’t use any risk management.

They are waiting for the solutions

from the others.

They observe their work

and they study the others.

This is sufficient for them

because they don’t belong to Humanity.
