So, ordain for yourselves
as bishops and deacons
who are worthy of the Lord,
meek men
non-stingy also
true too
and tested;
for, they also
exercise
the functions
of prophets
and masters
for you;
for this reason
the choice
is important
since it is dual;
otherwise there is
no point at all in it
since spirituality
must live
free
to support
and defend
the duties
owing to the need
and not any institution
owing to humaneness
and not sociality;
because this is
a transcendence
towards the sacred
for the fellow humans.
