18427 - Against social misery

N. Lygeros
Translated from the Greek by Athena Kehagias

We will not be affected by the so called experts of social misery, who are trying to concern us with their next door problems, as we already handle those between us and that, at a humane level, without a need of social factions, which are, one more extreme than the next.
It is not society which teaches us to be humane, but Humanity and Time.
On the contrary, social factions encourage indifference and oblivion.
While we belong to Mnemosyne.
Therefore, when some are trying to shove down our system, some postmodern social models, they forget that, we belong to Hellenism and that we have a tradition due to faith and humanity.
And for this reason we do not expect any guidance to help one another, since we do not believe in principles, but only to values.
Therefore, we observe immediately when someone does not have values, but only principles, and we know that he has a make up of the authoritarian system components and we fairly and bluntly tell him that they are not applicable, because we are anarchists, according to all systems that attempt to forcibly teach us social happiness, as we well know that they simultaneously violate human rights.
We do not want a society of 1984, or of Fahrenheit’s 451. We are people of the books rather than of pamphlets, we want contents, not programs. We aren’t therefore planning to forget our homeland and our struggles.
We will not forget that we are a nation which gave birth to Saints and heroes, as they don’t coincide with the postmodern models of nothingness.
We have seen more powerful systems, which collapsed without leaving anything behind, because the miserable don’t write history.
