The International Alliance is changing pace and aim for combating terrorism in the East. After the official announcements of the terrorist organization regarding its revenues and the manner in which they are supplied, the energy sources have become strategic goals. With the illegal management of fields of oil, which is sold in the black market at half the regular price. This way Russia as well decided to bomb facilities which depend on this illegal framework.
