For many years on, the politicians of our country live, and feed off the mineral wealth from abroad exclusively.
Simultaneously, the governments were telling us that tourism was Greece’s heavy industry, which would gradually help us overcome the economic crisis.
Today, in terror our politicians discovered that the fanatic kamikaze blasts at European airports are becoming an incident of everydayness, and that the desperation of immigration and unemployment would multiply that phenomenon amongst young people, especially taking into account that it leads them to Heaven and us to an economic hell.
Greece is led to an economic obsolescence, right at the time when new scientific data actively indicates through various discoveries, the existence -Based on the new Model- of significant concentrations of biogenic natural gas in Cyprus, and South of Crete.
This new model resulted from the reserve Zohr discovery just six months ago, right at the edge of the Cypriot EEZ.
A few months ago however, at least 13 such targets were identified in Cyprus and South Crete (Fig.1).

Immersed in apathy, and without any reversal of the situation, we are all doomed to reside in poverty and constant misery.
So let’s unite, in order for a State to finally exist, and which will through its actions, indicate that it can prevent problems, and that it believes in a better tomorrow. A better future will never exist for our sake, without the creation of new regional wealth, of mineral wealth in particular. A factor which will allow us to finally obtain security, freedom of thought and optimism for a better tomorrow.
