When you are studying the Aboriginal significance, you notice that the blue is absent, and in actual fact, so is the oceanic element as well .
But we know, that where the Sydney Opera House is situated today, was once a meeting place, and in actual fact a pilgrimage for the people of the center.
The difference is explained by the fact that the area was associated with the drinking water of the river, and not with the existence of the ocean.
In other words this nation gives more importance to the earth and the sun.
It’s all about the bush.
Australia is geologically a very old Continent, and this is obvious by the low height of its mountains.
Consequently, different Aboriginal groups were developed around the entire surface of Australia, the areas which we would characterize as deserts inclusive.
Because they were pro land, they therefore didn’t try to change, alter and or degrade it.
They knew they were not its owners, and as passersby they chose not to wear it down with their interference.
As a result they always gave importance to the slightest gift of nature, because they understood how valuable it is for the future.
Of course this mentality, even though it’s just and humane, it doesn’t obtain the features of durability, since it can’t be protected against the space ownership attacks.
Consequently, the nation of the center, ie, the Aboriginies, belong to the nations of Time, but they must be protected so that they may actually live free.
It’s for this reason that the Rights of the Indigenous Peoples have such an importance.
