In this lecture, we will analyze on the one hand the evolution of the negotiations in the development of the Annan plan to its fifth version, while insisting on the drafting of the protocol of coalition and on the other hand on its mediological impact as well intrinsic as extrinsic from the european point of view, in order to study via the paradigmatic case of the cypriot problem, the complexity of the geostrategic conflicts. We will try in particular to show via the game theory how the latter can be surinterpreted as generalized forms of Nash equilibriums within the framework of non cooperative systems which games are not with profit of null sum.

Dans cette conférence, nous analyserons d’une part l’évolution des négociations dans l’élaboration du plan Annan jusqu’à sa cinquième version, en insistant sur la rédaction du protocole de coalition et d’autre part sur son impact médiologique tant intrinsèque que extrinsèque du point de vue européen, afin d’étudier via le cas paradigmatique du problème chypriote, la complexité des conflits géostratégiques. Nous tenterons en particulier de montrer via la théorie des jeux comment ces derniers peuvent être surinterprétés comme des formes généralisées d’équilibres de Nash dans le cadre de systèmes non coopératifs dont les jeux ne sont pas à gain de somme nulle.
