29174 - European resolution regarding the freezing of Turkey’s candidacy

Translated from the Greek by Athina Kehagias
The expected voting took place, and the result was what’s proper. In favour of the resolution to freeze the negotiations with Turkey re: the accession, 479 Members of the European Parliament voted for, 37 against, and 107 abstentions. Therefore, all these serviles who are explaining to us that there’s no need to take a clear stance regarding Turkey, concerning the violation of human rights, or else we would suffer the cost from the Europeans, they ought to now swallow their tongue, because the result of the voting doesn’t leave room for a doubt, and it involves 28 States. It’s not regarding something local therefore. So the European Parliament stated that the issue of reinstating the death penalty in Turkey is simply outrageous and it can’t be accepted. So whether Turkey’s representatives like it or not, as they’ve told the European Parliament to watch how they address their President, her dictatorship became obvious to all European political parties, and barbarism can not be hidden even when it systematically uses its eternal propaganda. Turkey has not understood what the European Union is all about, and as she’s accustomed to be directed merely to minions, to serviles, and to slaves, she isn’t aware of how to respond to free citizens who obtain the European union’s Acquis Communautaire.
