Just a few months ago (12.12.2016), the Spectrum co. presented in London the hypergigantic ZOHR-type target reserves situated Southwest of Crete.

On the same day in London, the PGS co, presented the prospect of limestone ZOHR-type reefs Southeast of Crete, within the geological basin of Herodotus (see Fig.1).

Fig 1

We are aware that due to the Kastellorizian complex, part of the Herodotus Basin lies within the Greek EEZ.
Simultaneously, taking into account that this type of reefs are recurrent, as in the case of the 300 km of the Cypriot EEZ, (see Fig. 2), these reefs could be recurrent within the Greek EEZ as well.

Fig 2

What constitutes the most remarkable data feature of PGS is its mapping regarding the target reserves within the Cypriot marine blocks under research, ie, blocks 6, 10 and 11 (see Figure 3).

Fig 3

According to this mapping, it is interesting to note that the largest of the mapped Zop-like limestone reef targets (yellow in the map), within the ExxonMobils and Qatar Petroleums marine block 10, appears to be at least twice the size of that of Zohr reserve.
Additionally,it’s also interesting to note that the Leviathan type sandstone reserve (which is orange in the map) as that was mapped on marine block 6, appears to be at least twice the size of the Leviathan reserve.
We should also add that as far as the irrational claims of Turkey go, re: marine block 6, it doesn’t seem to finally constitute a problem,, as Turkey’s claims, which are of course far and out of international legality, don’t appear to even involve the 1/5 of the hypergigantic Leviathan type target structure which exists within marine block 6.
