32735 - The chronostrategic Rights of Humanity

Translated from the Greek by Vicky Baklessi
When we examine the Human Rights, the Rights of Indigenous People or even the Charter of the UN we realize that a strategic style is missing. This is explained by the fact that it is the legal which dominates the International Law. But practically we don’t see an imputation and the innocents cannot be protected. So the Rights of Humanity in order to overcome this obstruction, they have integrated elements of strategy and in fact of Chronostrategy because Humanity must be protected by barbarity. Chronostrategy is based on the links which are diachronic relations because the contacts do not suffice when there is trespassing of the rights. Chronostrategy explains also about the candidate genocidor that he will have a cost before he even finishes his plan. And Humanity will not wait to be exterminated so that there be an act which is prosecuted. So the counterattack begins when there is attestation of intention of attack because of strategic confirmation initially and of life finally.
