Translated from the French by Vicky Baklessi

In the 1947 Treaty of Paris, the claims arising out of the war, are found in Part VI. In Section I titled Reparation, we find Article 74. This is separated in five paragraphs titled:
A) Reparations for the Union of the Soviet Socialists Republics
B) Reparations for Albania, Ethiopia, Greece and Yugoslavia
C) Special provision for earlier deliveries
D) Reparation of other states
E) Compensation for property taken for reparation purposes

It is interesting to note that the American dollar is calculated with its gold parity on July 1st 1946, namely 35 dollars per ounce of gold.

This basis of calculation allows us to realize effectively the value of reparations which Italy has to pay the following States:
Albania: 5.000.000 US dollars.
Ethiopia : 25.000.000 US dollars.
Greece : 105.000.000 US dollars.
Yugoslavia : 125.000.000 US dollars.

This allows to have a historical and objective point of view.
