Article 1 (a) clarifies that it is regarding a partial marine boundary line. And it explains that what’s to follow is the completion of the delimitation beyond points (A) and (E)
Article 1 (b) describes the partial boundary line, with the list of 5 points, with the geographical coordinates in the Annex.
The section between A and E is binding and final.
Article 1 (d) indicates that the point (A) coordinates may be revised toward the east, and of point (E) towards the west, in the case of a future EEZ delimitation with other neighbouring States.
Article 1 (e) describes that, either Party ought to confer with the other Party, before reaching a final agreement with a third State,
Article 2 explains that in regards to resources located upon the middle line, they will co-operate in order to reach an exploitation agreement.
Article 3 resolves the context of disputes.
Article 4 (2) explains that the Agreement is amended only by the agreement of the Parties.
Article 5 describes the requirement of a ratification .
