Martha was observing Athena’s interrogation. She did not know exactly what her aim was, but she could see the implementation of of the maieutic method at a human level.
Suddenly the lighting changed.
At that moment
she saw her reflection.
It was no longer a mere case,
some other case.
It had implications.
She thought of the Just one
who had been wronged.
She thought of the revenge.
She thought of the choice.
Then she saw
the Crucified one
upon the cross
she had around her neck.
And it was then that she remembered her name.
And she heard the light.
The reflection was ended.
Athena continued with the interrogation.
That is how she saw humanism.
