The third point of Wittgenstein is to define a thought. For him it’s a logical picture of facts. So if we have facts, if we have the picture, we need logic and at that moment of his life the logic is rather simple because we can see that at the end of his life he will criticize some thoughts about the Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus and we have to keep this in mind.
