For many people it is unknown
that Thanksgiving is in fact the Eucharist.
And they don’t give importance
to the sacramental bread and the wine.
And they don’t see the body and the blood.
They see the tradition and not the essence.
But nevermind, they are innocent
and the important thing is their salvation.
Now Thanksgiving is related to the day.
And I know that they have in their dinner
turkey, potatoes, stuffing, squash,
corn, green beans, cranberries and pumpkin pie.
And I like this because  it’s also a memory.
History of Humanity needs memory
and if the memory of the future is
too much abstract, don’t worry about that.
The light and souls continue
their mission in the world.
The deep faith will overcome
any simplification.
And you know that I will protect all the innocents.
