The role of conscience is crucial. The problem is when there is a lack in the direction and you try to impose an arbitrary morality which was created as a tool of manipulation of human beings. So the conscience is a way to be free from any of those bonds. Awaken people can clearly see it but they need to meet someone who will tell them to wake up. And of course they will have to accept it and to follow the next advice. But everything is a question of conscience and nothing less. The mental shock which generates the existence of the bifurcation is very important for keeping away the people who have chosen the path of light.
