With the crisis in the Middle East the crucial question is the following. Is it possible to get a global result only with local attacks? Normally this question has only one answer and it’s of course, no. But we have a special case. Why? Because we are not talking about a global war, we are talking about a proxy war. And a proxy war is in fact a kind of small war. When we use technics of guerilla which is in fact a small war, it’s adapted to this case because we have only local impacts, local repercussions even if we have a contact far away due to the others. Because we are in the case of a proxy war. So, the idea is the following. For the others, who are outside the battlefield, even if they command it, the situation is simple. If the battlefield, if the proxy war is effective and efficient, they continue. But if there is a problem, if there is so much friction, they are going to stop. Because it’s useless.
