With the Presidential Decree number 46 in February 17th 2018, Western Armenia made the decision to establish the Constitutional Court according to the articles 77, 125, 132, 133, 134 and 135 of the Constitution of Western Armenia. The Presidential Decree consists of three articles. The first article relates to the creating of the Constitutional Court of Western Armenia which is named Council of the Wise. The second article, explains that according to the article 132 of the Constitution of Western Armenia, the composition of the Constitutional Court will be defined with the relevant law. And the article 3 announces that the Presidential Decree will be published in the official journal. This new decision of the President of Western Armenia comes to reinforce the constitutional framework of the country. This act which was unthinkable just some years ago became a reality and it is this which will reassure the rational value of the Constitution of Western Armenia. It is a foundational tool which comes to support also the gradual liberation of the country from the barbarity of occupation. So for those who have difficulty seeing the future and the developments now they have another support since they see in a live manner the implementation of strategic advice also in this framework for Western Armenia. So it is a great day for the justice of the innocents and the Righteous.
