The fourth point of Wittgenstein is to define the thought as a proposition which has a sense. So it’s not anymore just a logical picture but we need the sense. So of course in logic we have the sense, but the sense can be something which is  useless at this level of Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus. We need in fact this concept, the sense.
