Even a dark choice needs a new light. This one comes from the combination of History, strategy and energy. At our present configuration, we are not talking about politics and economy. We are in a show. It’s not only about Washington or even New York. It’s like a play or a musical from Broadway where everything is possible and everything is a question of interpretation. Nobody talks about reality. The problem is the nature of the next one and we have to consider all the impacts of propaganda, of deep fake news because we are more or less in a kind of a new Cold War with  many proxy wars at the same time. And no local situation can explain the big picture. That’s our concern. Grand strategy is no more just a powerful tool of strategy. It’s above any kind of operation even the special ones, so our position has to be clear.  The new light isn’t the same of the past. It’s the next step due to the new data. But we don’t forget anything. This does not mean that we are enclaved in the same situation. The position is different and we are not anymore even in a kind of weak peace. It’s time to think about a robust harmony which is not only strong but also able to resist to the attacks  of barbarity. Because we also have to deal with people who need at least six centuries of evolution in order to be compatible with the thoughts of our Time.
