Territorial autonomy
is not a new concept
and is as old as the state
because it corresponds
to the necessity
to avoid the centralized
huge state
which monopolizes
the management
of all aspects
of life in society
ignoring the fact
that human beings
are not only elements
of a structure
but also free men
who want to live
without chains
because slavery
is not life,
and existence
has no future
for Mankind.
