24264 - A forgotten mental scheme

During this period we speak a lot about the notion of political asylum which comes from a state, when there is an application by a civilian who is in danger in his state. This framework, during this period, concerns the entire European Union or at least we are under this impression, because we don’t examine the details of the institution. So the first observation is that the European Union doesn’t border Syria and Iraq, countries which are in a crucial situation. Second observation, Turkey which borders these two countries, is not in warfare. Third observation, the application for political asylum is submitted to the first country which borders the country in danger if there isn’t a crucial situation within the same. Therefore all refugees who are indeed refugees and not simply economic immigrants or even illegal immigrants they have to place their application to Turkey and not to the European Union. And this stands as long as Turkey doesn’t belong to the European Union. So we understand firstly why Turkey doesn’t recognize that the refugees have passed through its state, because it would have to respond to the theoretical application of the authentic refugees, secondly why the immigrants pursue getting to the European Union by these means. It is understood with this analysis that most, and not only a percentage as it is portrayed through the media, are immigrants and not refugees who are escaping from the framework of genocide due to the action of the terrorist organization.
