the Our Father prayer
we don’t make
a reenactment
neither a performance
we continue
the tradition
because we believe
in continuity
and we don’t pay attention
in those who accuse us
but we struggle
to disseminate
the truth
beyond the sacrifice
because we know
very well
the value
of self-sacrifice
that saved us
when we were
in need
of spirit.
