Translated from the Greek by Athina Kehagias

In 2014, the Republic of Mauritius withdrew its recognition of Rasd. In 2015, it was the turn of Rwanda who followed Paraguay’s example. This time around, in 2016, we have Suriname acting likewise. And even countries which had fallen into the trap of resulting into recognition, gradually withdraw themselves from this harmful list as they realize that this is regarding a totally fabricated situation in every way, which obtains no diplomatic or any State status quo, in exception for Polisario’s case. This list of States which is increasing, is indicative of the low representation of Polisario internationally. Therefore it doesn’t ever obtain outside representativeness, in regards to its claims, and Rasd increasingly appears like a pseudo entity which merely represents itself and not a nation, because it has in vain utilised all the plots of the system of corruption and terrorism. Because the Saharawi people want to liberate themselves from this dogmatic constraint, which doesn’t concern them for a while now, and the UN Member States realize in a manner that couldn’t be clearer, that this is merely all about a political and economic hoax, which has no relation whatsoever to the vision of the UN. Consequently, all those who genuinely want to participate within the context of the UN discussions, are gradually withdrawing from this enclaves policy, in order to undogmatically observe a reality that is in line with the efforts for a diplomatic resolution of the conflict, which has nothing to do with extreme and warmongering positions. With its loss, Polisario doesn’t any longer constitute its own clear political past.
